We're here to help
Questions, bug reports, or feedback about ICW Planner — we read every message.
The fastest way to reach us is email: support@rhumblineapps.com. To help us help you, please include your device model, iOS version, and — if it's about a specific bridge or leg — the mile marker and what you expected to see. We typically reply within 2–3 business days.
Open the app, go to the Pro / upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro. Restores are handled by Apple.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select ICW Planner, and change or cancel there. Turning off auto-renew stops future charges; you keep Pro until the period ends.
Yes. Bridge schedules, the route, solar calculations, and your saved trips are on-device. Live data (tides, currents, and USCG notices) is fetched when you have a connection and cached so it's still available offline afterward.
Schedules and clearances come from official sources but can change. Please email us the bridge name, mile marker, and what you observed — corrections help everyone. Always verify against current NOAA charts and USCG publications before you rely on them.
Only for optional underway alerts (speed / no-wake / manatee zones), and only while you're using the app. Your location stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can turn it off anytime in iOS Settings. See our Privacy Policy.
ICW Planner covers the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway from Norfolk, VA (Mile 0) south to Miami and the upper Florida Keys gateway. It runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later.
